Reservation & Payment Terms
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our hotel.
To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, and payment information.
Upon making a reservation, you authorise us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes, fees, and any additional charges incurred during your stay.
Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation, unless stated otherwise in specific promotions or packages.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion, without providing a reason.
Guests are required to show Government address ID Proof photo identification.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may be applicable.
The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is one, on chargeable basis. It may vary depending on the type of reservation.
Local IDs are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Hotel can accommodate unmarried couples above 18 years of age, only if they have a valid Government ID proof.
Guest visitors are allowed from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM with a valid Government ID proof only. At a time 02 guest visitors will be allowed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment by Net Banking. All major cards are accepted.
Child Policy
One child under 06 years of age can stay in the parents’ rooms free-of-charge.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 02:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us in advance to ensure your reservation remains valid.
Guest Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation process and ensuring compliance with our policies.
